computer mic sound?
hi, im having trouble with my pc’s mic input/output. i have a monitor with built in mic that is connected to the proper port and the computer has this realtek HD sound software that came with it. The problem is, the sound always comes thru the mic and out the speakers all the time. when i try to video conference the sound still comes thru the speakers from the mic, i have tried all the settings in the windows volume controls and used the video audio setup wizards that all the popular messangers walk you thru but to no avail. any advice appreciated, Joey
double click the volume icon on the taskbar and tick the mute button for the mic. this wont stop the mic working but it will stop the sounds coming straight out of the speakers
