Are these Yugioh cards fake?

I just got a package of cards called Yu-Gi-Oh! “Duel King” from Kmart and it came with three cards The Flute of Summoning Kuriboh, Elemental Hero Aqua Neos, Elemental Hero Electrum and three random packs (100% real) which I got Cybernetic Revolution (great pulls got Gyroid, Steamroid and super rare Skyscraper), Spanish Soul of the Duelist (crap), and Pharaoh’s Servant (Shallow Grave very nice!). Heres the thing Aqua Neos is real because my friend pulled one and there identical but Flute and Electrum text is kind of bold, and thats the only sign I checked everything spell right and all just the texts bold. Idont think there fake because I found them at Kmart and not like so random dude on the streets or nothin, and on the back of the package it says “Packaged and Distributed by Vintage Sports Cards” then it has a disclaimer saying they do not own Yugioh, and that the package contains genuine cards and independently packaged.

So yeah you make the call.

nope my toys r us had that. it had a Spanish pack an a legend of blue eyes (i pulled a holo monster reborn ) and some other pack all so a aqua neos (it was ultimate ) a white horned dragon (mp2) and e hero mud ball man (mp2) . but all they do is repack booster and sell them for 7.99 i think and they make money cus they buy the card straight form konami and sell them back at a high price
